First day at the Museum of World Culture

Today was the first day of work at the Museum of World Culture. We mostly planned the comming weeks of work and set up our equipment.

We were also told by the director at the museum not to eat the red berries that was in our room as they were extremely poisonous. The berries were from Australia.

Visited an excavation in the archipelago with our Brazilian friends

Today we first had a meeting with the Brazilians archaeologists Marcio and Tallyta and the Project manager Per Stenborg regarding the work at the Museum of World Culture that will start this week.

And after the meeting we visited an excavation in the archipelago during some heavy rain!
